Ex professional surfer, Laura has represented Team GB and is a two time British Champion. She also competed in the World Qualifying Series!

Laura is a Mental Health & Fitness advocate and uses her platform to promote a healthy and active lifestyle.

Dr Alex George is a TV personality, A&E doctor and most recently appointed as a mental health ambassador for the government. Alex will be directly looking at what support is offered to young people in schools, colleges and universities, and advising the government on what more they can do to help. Dr Alex is the perfect advocate for Wellnergy.

Chris Hutchinson is a musician, sound healer, music producer and DJ. After a number of years on the music scene in the North West and in Ibiza, Chris stepped away due to a desire to focus on developing his other career as an IT professional. After a life changing retreat, Chris regained his passion for sound and music and that’s why he’s the perfect advocate for Wellnergy.

Now residing in London and teaching at triyoga. Mia is also a YogaWorks senior teacher, teacher trainer, 300-hour mentor and leads yoga retreats and workshops around the world. Mia creates a space for her students to explore their truth – a place where they can remember that their worth does not need to be earned, bought, or outsourced, because true love comes from within.

Founder of sustainable style brand @wearetala and fitness brand @shreddy, Grace is a successful female entrepreneur shaking up the archaic business world. As London’s Young Entrepreneur of the Year, Grace’s inspiring narrative to accelerate the slow fashion space and to convince consumers they have the power to vote with their money has led to features in Drapers, Forbes, CEO Today, VOGUE Business, Business Insider and culminated in her recent cover for Women In The City.

CJ is a movement artist and coach who is adept in many different forms of movement culture. Combining movement such as: dance, martial arts, yoga, acrobatics and calisthenics, he helps us tune into our inner rhythm and emotions.

Natasha teaches a wide range of fitness classes including, pilates, barre, yoga and meditation. She also does a lot of pre and post natal workouts, helping busy mums raise their energy, feel less stressed and good in their body.

Callum is the Head Trainer at Gymology, his coaching has a focus on longevity, health, and a deep transformation that will last you a lifetime – inside and outside the gym. He was also a cancer rehabilitation specialist at Macmillan, and before that, a semi-professional athlete. His experiences with the highs and lows of the human body showed him the importance of physical fitness, health and wellness.

Jurgita enforces a ‘never give up’ attitude and this has helped her win the titles she has today. She’s practiced karate since the age of 10 and has won multiple international tournaments. In 2018 she was a member of the Team GB Karate squad and prior to that, part of the Lithuanion Junior National Team.

As an adult yoga helped her to manage anxiety, addictions and trauma. Her hedonistic lifestyle was unsustainable, her mat became a calm space where she could retreat from life’s demands and she started to become aware of her patterns and behaviours. Sabrina now teaches a regular group of privates and at: Yogarise, Indaba and The Light Centre in London. She has dedicated her life to movement, her classes are for everyone.

Solo movement focuses on themes and ideas from dance, somatics, ideokinesis and breathwork.  

The imagination is limitless; how does the body and mind respond to sensations, emotions and the environment that surrounds you? Solo will take you on a journey of exploration physically and mentally. 

Participants will be given the freedom to move non-habitually and create new pathways to move. Solo movement is for everyone.

He has worked with some of the world’s leading athletes and he’ll be sharing his advice with you at Wellnergy.

Michele is a Relationship Healer and has spent the last 2 decades studying human behaviour. She has over 20 years of experience with people from all walks of life and has also appeared as an expert and judge on the following TV shows:

She’ll be doing a talk on havening as well as a Q&A session.

Both sessions will introduce practical, ready-to-use and proven tools to improve mental health. They will also remind you that good mental health & resilience come with intentional self-care and practice.

  • Hypnotherapy for Self Esteem.

Luisa came to yoga 10 years ago to treat persistent lower back pain as well as crippling anxiety, during a tough time in her life. She fell in love with yoga and decided to train as a teacher to share her passion and to help others realise how powerful a tool it can be.

Luisa’s classes are strong and flowy, with plenty of modifications and variations for practitioners of all levels and abilities. Expect sweat, Sanskrit, core work, uplifting music, and inspiring readings.

CEO and Co Founder of Kuula TV and International Yoga teacher, Mariel understands how to adapt in a digital world. She helps individuals creative new and innovative yoga sequences through her online platform.

Squash Falconer is a record-breaking adventurer, speaker and presenter.
Combining her love of different sports, Squash was the first British woman to climb and paraglide from the summit of Mont Blanc.

Not only has she summited Mount Everest, Squash holds claim to be the world’s highest ever bum boarder, a title she gained on Cho Oyu, the 6th highest mountain in the world.
