Over the course of the weekend, there’ll be over 100 different fitness, dance and yoga classes that you can take part in. Here’s a little taster of the type of classes to expect:

The fitness tent will also showcase exhibitors selling activewear, gym equipment and tailored fitness experiences. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or a workout beginner, we guarantee you’ll have a smile on our face.

Food

Does the thought of street food get you excited? Us too.

That’s why we’ve picked some of the most wonderful street food vendors for you to try and buy – with a wide range of dietary requirements catered for. Enjoy hot food and snacks throughout the weekend, with a variety of kids options available too.

On the topic of food, The Nutrition Tent will be filled with experts in the field like Sarah Law and Fiona Oakes. They’ll be discussing the relationship between diet and burnout and the diet of an athlete. Again, there’ll be a wide variety of brands showcasing their products for you to stock up on.

Music

Grab a drink and enjoy some live sets with your friends in one of the many popup music areas, listen to a host of live music whilst you unwind.

Over in The Sound Tent you can explore the wider world of music and learn how sound healing can relax your mind and body through gong baths and Tibetan singing bowls.

On Sunday, the Junior tent will show live music performances and sing along music sessions for your little ones.

Laughter

Wellnergy is the perfect place for people to get together and enjoy themselves once again. We’ll be hosting a number of amazing shows, activities and events which will certainly with joy and laughter to you all. 

After all, laughter is the best medicine.

Mindfulness

With self care being at the top of everyone’s agenda, we designed Wellnergy to put all aspects of wellbeing in one place. Mindfulness involves listening to the body and paying attention to your thoughts; taking part in various activities like breathing workshops and how to manage stress will help open your mind to a host of new ideas you might not have previously considered. 

The pandemic has given us all a lot of time to think and quite often we need a little more motivation to bring our ideas to life. The speeches from our headliners: Dr Alex George, Grace Beverley and Steven Bartlett will help educate and inspire you.
